Human Resource Director
The Human Resources Director oversees all of the Association’s HR-related items such as employment relations, managing compensation and benefits packages, administering payroll, handling disciplinary needs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Human Resources also coordinates the recruitment, onboarding, retention, training support and development, and termination of the employee cycle in the various departments at the Association.
