Administration
Strengthen government operations through budget development, personnel policies, compliance with state statutes, and strategic goal setting for elected officials
Planning
Assist communities with long-range visioning, general plan updates, zoning ordinance compliance, and navigating growth management strategies
Funding
Secure resources through grant identification, infrastructure funding roadmaps, and managing state and federal funding coordination
