Adopted 2023-2050 Regional Transportation Plan
The Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) sets a long-term strategy for the future of our region’s transportation system. The RTP, guided by Vision Dixie, outlines investments for all modes of transportation for a safe and efficient movement of people, goods, and services throughout the MPO. Dixie MPO worked with local governments, transportation agencies, community organizations, local stakeholders, and residents and adopted the 2023-2050 RTP in May 2023.
The 2023-2055 RTP is a fiscally constrained and data-driven to help guide regional quality of life goals to transportation. The RTP outlines needs, prioritizes, and budgets based on a performance-based planning approach.
The DMPO coordinates with statewide transportation partners to develop goals, timelines, performance measures, and financial assumptions to form the Utah’s Unified Transportation Plan.
